Yes for Wales delivers emphatic win for Wales (March 2011)

On Thursday 3rd March, Wales gained the power to make primary law without recourse to Westminster for the first time in eight hundred years. The Positif Politics team pulled together and all worked in different ways on the campaign with Managing Director Daran Hill taking a secondment of several months to act as Campaign Director for the successful campaign.

Following the announcement of the result, Daran Hill (pictured with fellow campaigners Roger Lewis, Cathy Owens and Lee Waters) said:

"This campaign has been the best thing I have ever been part of. Finally, Wales can take its place alongside Scotland and Northern Ireland as a full partner in the United Kingdom. Today we live in a better and more confident country.

"This stunning result has united a nation. It now falls to all of us involved in policy making, public affairs consultants as well as politicians, to deliver for that nation. Positif Politics will remain a key part of shaping a new Wales."

 

Positif Politics launches business update service (February 2011)

Positif Politics, Wales' leading source of political intelligence, has entered into a new, innovative partnership with Media Wales to provide regular updates on the work of the National Assembly for Wales.

The new bulletin service forms part of Media Wales' new business pages on WalesOnline which were launched on 9th February 2011. WalesOnline is one of the main sources for Welsh news, sport, business and entertainment and is powered by the Western Mail, South Wales Echo, Wales on Sunday.

Positif Politics will provide news headlines and a blog on the WalesOnline site to help keep the business community fully up to date about Welsh politics.

Positif Politics launch 2011 election intelligence service (January 2011)

2011 is a momentous year in Welsh politics with the referendum on further powers to the Assembly on 3rd March and the fourth National Assembly elections on 5th May.
